But before we arrive at those destined moments, where do all the long, winding processes of life come from? Loading Behind imagines a hidden realm behind reality known as the Rendering World. Everything that happens on Earth is first planned and rendered there, then loaded into reality frame by frame. Within this world exists a set of tools capable of “editing” human lives — scissors that can cut through timelines, sheets of paper that can turn ideas into reality, and progress bars that allow movement between the past and the future... By a twist of fate, the protagonist accidentally falls into the Rendering World and becomes entangled in a conspiracy that has been unfolding for over a century...
