Privacy Policy

Overview

Glanze processes personal data to provide streaming and account services. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the rights available to you, including the right to erasure under GDPR Article 17.

Data collection and video delivery

Optional audience analytics and route-level performance diagnostics are off until you allow them through Privacy settings. Glanze does not send search terms, specific titles or episodes, account identifiers, or playback credentials in those optional measurements.

Mux delivers requested video streams and therefore processes delivery data such as the requested media, network address, and device connection. Glanze disables optional Mux Data tracking and Mux analytics cookies in its players and does not attach a Glanze account identity to Mux playback analytics.

Minimized error reports may be processed to protect and operate the service. Glanze removes account identity, request bodies, cookies, authorization data, query parameters, playback credentials, and specific content routes before sending reports. Session replay and DOM recording are not enabled.

You can accept, reject, or change optional collection at any time using Privacy settings. Global Privacy Control keeps optional collection disabled.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Dashboard → Account Management on the web app, or from Profile → Delete account in the mobile app.

Password-based accounts require your current password. Social or phone-only accounts receive a secure email confirmation link before deletion completes.

When deletion is confirmed, we remove personal profile data, delete sessions, and anonymize any legacy billing records where retention is required for tax or accounting obligations.

Published catalog records historically associated with your account may be reassigned to a platform archive account so viewers can continue accessing published titles.

Retention exceptions

We may retain anonymized legacy transaction records for statutory accounting and fraud-prevention periods. These records are detached from your user identity and stripped of direct identifiers.
